Biography

Dimitri is Counsel in DaHui’s Dispute Resolution, Compliance, and Corporate/M&A practice groups. He handles a range of issues for foreign companies doing or seeking to do business in China as well as Chinese companies going abroad. Dimitri has advised clients on litigation, international arbitration, compliance, inbound and outbound investment, and general corporate matters. His advice spans industries from finance to TMT to traditional manufacturing. Dimitri is recognized by The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific both in its Arbitration Powerlist (China) and as a Rising Star in the TMT area (recommended for both contentious and corporate matters).

Dimitri’s experience prior to joining DaHui includes practicing at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, founding and running a consulting business for lawyers, arbitrators, and businesspeople, and interning at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
