Brendon Wu

Brendon is a Partner in DaHui Lawyers’ private equity team. His primary practice areas include cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital financing, capital markets and general corporate and commercial matters. Brendon's industry experience lies primarily in the media, technology, Internet, mobile application, consumption, medical and healthcare, film, entertainment, real estate, education and traditional manufacturing industries.

He has represented numerous well-known and early stage Chinese Internet entrepreneurs in a wide range of financings, including business spin-offs and restructurings driven by financing, onshore RMB financings, offshore preferred stock or convertible note financings and M&A transactions.
