The Future of FinTech in China: DaHui Weighs in for Chambers’ New Guide

For the sixth straight year, Chambers and Partners ranked DaHui among the top firms in its 2024 FinTech guide. And, at the invitation of Chambers, our team recently produced an extensive guide on fintech in the PRC market for 2024, assessing this cutting-edge business sector and the market changes that have emerged over the past year.

The guide can be downloaded via the button below or viewed on Chambers’ website.

Authored by DaHui team members Cloud Li, Gary Li, Joanna Jiang, and Chris Beall, the guide examines fintech in China from two main angles: Law & Practice, and Trends & Developments. The former section covers topics such as robo-advisors, online lending, and the blockchain, while the latter delves into the unfolding of the payment service industry to foreign investors (such as PayPal, who entered the market in 2023), increased enforcement of KYC obligations, and more.

DaHui is honored to be a Chambers contributor to this guide as well as to other Chambers Global Guides such as Sports Law, Tech M&A, TMT, and more.
