He focuses on industries including energy and new energy, natural resources, IT & telecoms, banking and finance, manufacturing and pharmaceutical, and regularly advises on issues concerning investment and financing, market entry, regulatory compliance, intellectual property issues, etc. He has also gained significant in-house corporate experience through a secondment to a Fortune 500 company as its acting PRC general counsel since 2011.
Prior to joining DaHui, Jida clerked in a commercial court in China and worked in law firms in Toronto and Beijing.
