Dispute Resolution Ranks DaHui Among Top Firms for Eighth Year in a Row

DaHui’s litigation and arbitration prowess has once again been recognized by a world-class media platform. Now, for the eighth consecutive year, Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific has ranked DaHui as a leading PRC dispute resolution firm.

In its 2025 rankings, Benchmark placed DaHui among its top tiers for commercial and transactional dispute resolution, recommended our firm for international arbitration, and recognized us as a notable firm for government and regulatory dispute resolution.

Benchmark Litigation is an international media source focused on the dispute resolution market. This is both the eighth year of the publication covering the China market, and the eighth year of our firm’s inclusion in that list. Describing the firm, Benchmark wrote:

“DaHui Lawyers’ dispute resolution team is particularly known for its work in commercial litigation and arbitration, especially cross-border disputes. Industry leaders in the fields of aviation, energy, tech, manufacturing, IT, automobiles and finance frequently engage the firm for counsel. Arthur Ma is noted as a key figure within the firm’s dispute resolution practice and has a particular focus on commercial litigation and international arbitration. Xing Wan is another key lawyer to note. The firm is currently representing Wuhan Credit Investment Group Joint Stock Corporation in a landmark Rmb1.36 billion ($190 million) securities dispute retrial, taking over after the client suffered defeats in both first and second-instance proceedings.”

This recognition is the latest in a series of recent awards bestowed upon DaHui. In January, Chambers recommended us in numerous categories; The Legal 500 recognized us across 17 categories last fall; and ALB recently ranked our firm among the top PRC M&A firms for the 11th year in a row.

We thank Benchmark Litigation for their continued recognition of our work and our clients for their trust.
