DaHui Represents JVSPAC in its USD 2.3 billion De-SPAC Transaction

This summer, our firm advised JVSPAC on its merger with Hotel101 Global, a condo hotel developer and hotel management company from the Philippines, and now the first ever Filipino-owned company ever to be listed and traded on the NASDAQ. The transaction was valued at USD 2.3 billion.

DaHui worked as the transaction counsel to JVSPAC. Our team was led by Julia Dai and Rayna Wang. The listing was completed on June 27th and shares began trading on July 1st.
