DaHui Lawyers and Quinn Emanuel Co-Host Symposium on International Dispute Resolution

On 11 October 2023, DaHui, Quinn Emanuel, and LAWPLUS co-hosted a symposium on international dispute resolution at DaHui’s headquarters in Beijing. The event focused on how Chinese companies can effectively respond to U.S. government investigations, cross-border IP issues, anti-corruption initiatives, trends in international arbitration, and much more.

A panel of lawyers from DaHui and Quinn Emanuel were joined in discussion by an audience of in-house attorneys and others from companies and organizations across the spectrum of industries in China, such as TMT, e-commerce, banking and financial advisory, healthcare, and energy. All the participants and attendees enthusiastically received and appreciated the symposium, and we look forward to similar events in the future.
