Antitrust and Competition Lawyers – Mid-Level

Job Description

We are looking for antitrust and competition lawyers to join our team as mid-level associates in Beijing and Shanghai.

Mid-level associates play an integral and indispensable role in DaHui Lawyer’s antitrust teams, which has an international focus and is highly recognized for its representation of some of the world's most leading businesses on their merger control and competition compliance strategies. Mid-level associates constitute a crucial part of our provision of legal services, at the highest international standards, including the following:

  • Handling competition matters including antitrust filings, antitrust investigations and antitrust/anti-unfair litigation as well as competition compliance
  • Conducting antitrust and anti-unfair competition compliance analyses and due diligence
  • Communicating with the parties and authorities in handling competition matters
  • Drafting, negotiating, revising and commenting on documents/memos related to competition matters. merger control fining documents

Basic requirements include:

  • One or preferably two law degree(s) from Chinese and/or international law schools
  • More than 2 years’ experience in antitrust and competition
  • Working proficiency in written and oral English
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, high level of professionalism, ability to learn quickly, drive to take on challenges and a team spirit
