Jiayi Ji

Jiayi Ji is an Associate in DaHui Lawyers’ TMT and Corporate practices, advising domestic and international clients on market entry, regulatory compliance and corporate matters in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors.

She also advises on data protection and privacy matters arising from clients’ China operations and cross-border activities. Her work includes helping clients navigate applicable regulatory requirements and incorporate data compliance into their business practices.

Jiayi’s corporate experience covers commercial contracts, corporate governance, M&A and private equity transactions. She assists with legal due diligence and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements and transaction documents.
