DaHui Welcomes New Partner Jue Li to its Steadily Growing Team

DaHui is excited to announce the addition of yet another top-caliber attorney to our team: Jue Li has joined the Firm as a partner in our DR practice group.

During his seven-year tenure as a litigator with Fangda Partners, Jue established his robust track record by advocating on behalf of both domestic and international clients in high-stakes cases. Over his career, Jue has amassed a wealth of experience successfully representing domestic investment funds, banks, state-owned companies, universities, high schools, and hospitals in cases worth hundreds of millions and even billions of RMB.

His impressive resume also includes successful litigation and arbitration on behalf of international investment companies and manufacturers. Jue’s legal knowledge and skill at communicating with investors have also helped him play key roles in financing rounds and IPOs.

A litigator who truly understands many sides of the legal world, Jue also has rich in-house experience. Prior to joining DaHui, he most recently served as general counsel at Galactic Energy, one of China’s top commercial rocket and space launch companies. During his time there, he gained invaluable experience navigating complex legal issues in a cutting edge industry, by handling investor relationships and legal work related to the company's IPO, financing, and compliance framework. Further rounding out his skillset, Jue has long been an advisor to well-known investors and sports companies.
