Kevin is a partner in DaHui’s Shanghai office, specializing in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and general corporate matters. He is particularly skilled at handling intricate securities offerings, listings, and capital market transactions. Kevin has provided legal services for the securities issuance, listings, M&A, and capital operations of numerous companies across diverse industries such as advanced manufacturing, healthcare, semiconductors, new energy, and traditional manufacturing. In addition, many prominent investment institutions have relied on Kevin’s legal guidance for their private equity investments and post-investment management.

Prior to joining DaHui, Kevin worked at leading Chinese law firms for nearly a decade.
